Contract to partner, recruit, and interview CEOs from Fortune 100 and nonprofit organizations speaking out about ethics in the workplace. “Leaders on Ethics” videos were featured in proprietary e-learning HR training programs.

American Bible Society

Developed strategic plans, pioneered technology initiatives, and negotiated strategic partnerships for a $100 million international nonprofit. Transitioned American Bible Society from a traditional publishing model to a digital-first strategy. Founded the .BIBLE top-level domain. Launched digital products and websites including a Bible search tool with over 1,000 languages.

Internet Society

Contract to design and implement a campaign to win back five-year lapsed members. The successful campaign had an 18% response rate and A/B testing.

Negotiated online alliances and managed partners, vendors, and cross-functional internal resources for marketing, business development, and customer service departments.

Ministry Alliance

Contract to rebrand, develop a nationwide conference strategy, and launch the Ministry Affiliate Program which now serves as the parent organization to 29 affiliates.

Directed membership department for NRPA’s 60,000 members and $1.5M budget. Conducted research and created membership acquisition and retention plans that established NRPA’s lifetime value of a member. Member of the senior management team.

MCI Telecommunications

Managed MCI Corporate Headquarter’s best practice sales support program which served as an innovation lab and collaborative connection point between field staff and executives. 

United Bible Societies

Envisioned and designed the transformational Digital .BIBLE Project. Partnered with the United Bible Societies to launch 985 language websites in 119 countries and added first-time e-commerce capabilities for 38 countries.
